BENI-365 / BenSelectPro — Employee Benefits Enrollment Platform
Last updated: August 1, 2026
BENI-365 ("we," "us") provides a benefits enrollment platform used by employers to administer employee benefits programs. This policy describes what information the platform collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
The platform processes information provided by your employer for benefits administration (such as name, contact details, employment information, and benefit eligibility data) and information you provide directly (such as benefit elections, dependent information, and — if you opt in to text updates — your mobile phone number and consent records).
Information is used solely to administer your employer's benefits program: presenting your benefit options, recording your elections, communicating enrollment deadlines and benefits announcements, and maintaining the records your employer's benefits program requires. We do not sell personal information.
If you opt in to text updates, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (including the date, time, and consent language version). Text messages are limited to benefits notifications from your employer's benefits program — such as enrollment deadline reminders and benefits announcements. Message frequency varies and is typically low. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging service providers necessary to deliver the messages themselves.
Information is shared only as needed to administer your benefits program: with your employer and its benefits administrators, with insurance carriers you enroll with, and with service providers (such as email and text-message delivery services) acting on our instructions. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information is protected with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of sensitive credentials and role-based access controls, and is retained as required to administer the benefits program and meet legal obligations.
You may opt out of announcement emails using the unsubscribe link in any announcement email, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Questions about your information should be directed to your employer's HR or benefits team, or to us at enrollment@benefits.beni365.com.
